This page says, in plain words, what data AM Commerce keeps, why, and how you can have it removed.
What we store
Your account: the email address or phone number you sign up with, and what is needed to sign you in securely.
Your shop: whatever you or your staff enter into the product - products and prices, stock, sales, orders, deliveries, staff accounts and the details of your shop such as its name, tax number and address.
Technical records: logs and error reports that are needed to keep the service running and to fix faults.
Why we store it
To provide the service you asked for, to keep it secure and to repair it when it breaks. We do not sell personal data and we do not use shop data for advertising.
Where it is kept
The service is hosted on Google Cloud. Your data is stored in Google's data centres, under the protections that Google describes for its cloud services.
This website
This public website sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. Signing in to the product uses a cookie that is necessary to keep you signed in.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the shop data in it. Write to info@amcommerce.am from the address you signed up with, and we will answer as soon as we can.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
